MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This action is one by the plaintiff Blanche Patton, on behalf of her five infant children against the administrator of the Estate of her common law husband, Joseph B. Patton, and The Travellers Insurance Company, to recover the proceeds under a group life insurance policy. It was submitted to the Court upon the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.
