This appeal arises as a result of the judgment entered by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas which affirmed the decision of the Unemploy ment Compensation Board of Review to deny unemployment benefits to the appellant, Robert W. Piazza (“appellant”). Appellant appeals two decisions of the board. Both have been consolidated by this court. The facts giving rise to this appeal as contained in the record provide:
