{¶ 1} Respondent, Deborah C. Schram of Dayton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0025554, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1978. On August 30, 2007, we suspended respondent’s license to practice pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(5)(A)(4) upon receiving notice that she had been convicted of a felony for failing to pay federal withholding for her employees.
