Appellants/defendants Charles R. Taylor and Phyllis A. Taylor, husband and wife, and Michael, Christine, Mark and Tara Taylor, minor children, bring this appeal from two orders entered in the District Court of the Tenth Judicial District, Fergus County. The first order, dated April 11,1980, denied the defendants’motions to dismiss each of the two counts of the complaint, the motions having been made separately by defendants Charles and Phyllis Taylor and by the minor defendants.
