MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KANE, Senior District Judge.
This case is before me on Penrose St. Francis Healthcare System’s (“Penrose”) motion to dismiss certain state law claims supplemental to Nicholas LaSorella’s (“LaSorella”) Age Discrimination in Employment Act claim. Penrose asserts that I lack supplemental jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1367 or that I should decline jurisdiction because of state claim predomination and the great likelihood of jury confusion.
