OPINION

BARAJAS, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a denial of Appellant’s pretrial writ of habeas corpus. We affirm the order of the trial court denying habeas corpus relief.

I. PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Appellant was originally indicted in cause number CRC-21,210 in the 142nd District Court of Midland County, Texas for the felony offense of driving while intoxicated. Appellant filed a motion to suppress the evidence in which he challenged the legality of the initial stop.
