HAIRE, Retired Judge.

This matter is before this court on a petition for review of a decision of the Court of Appeals in a special action proceeding. The controversy involved in this litigation arose out of the discharge of a member of the staff of the administrative director of the Arizona Supreme Court. Because relief was sought against this court, all of the justices have recused themselves.
