CAYTON, Acting. Judge.

Before us for review is an order denying a defendant’s motion to withdraw a plea of guilty in six cases of false pretenses involving bank checks.

The informations were filed September 24, 1957, and on arraignment the court appointed an attorney to represent defendant. After conferring with the attorney defendant entered a plea of guilty, the trial judge asked whether defendant understood the effect of what he was doing, and being satisfied that the guilty plea was a voluntary one, postponed sentence for one month and referred the case to the probation officer for…
