OPINION

CANCIO, Chief Judge.

This is an action brought before this Court pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A., Section 405(g) to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare set forth in the decision reached by the Hearing Examiner on December 19, 1966 (Tr. 5) and which became a final decision of the Secretary on July 17, 1967, when the Appeals Council denied plaintiff’s request for review (Tr. 1).
