This is a products liability action brought in strict tort liability, Restatement (Second) of Torts § 402A (1965), by plaintiff Don Siruta (plaintiff) against defendant Hesston Corporation (defendant) for personal injuries suffered when plaintiff s left hand and forearm became entangled and wrapped in the belt of a hay baler manufactured and sold by defendant.
