This is a bankruptcy appeal. On September 29, 2010, the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan entered an order denying the motion of Appellants William and Anna Huszti to dismiss the involuntary bankruptcy petition filed against them by Appellees Michael and HeChung Huszti, and their business, BAM Investment Group, LLC.
