Now before the Court is plaintiff Page’s motion for leave to amend her complaint. Presently, plaintiff’s action challenges the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation’s (“PBGC’s”) failure to guarantee and pay benefits to her and other members of her pension plan, the Federal’s Inc. Teamsters Retirement Income Plan (“the Federal’s Plan”) which terminated in 1980.
