David D. Chittister (Chittister) appeals from a final order of the Civil Service Commission (Commission) which dismissed Chittister’s appeal challenging his removal from regular Chief, Community Development Division, Housing and Development Manager employment with the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and sustained the action of DCED in the removal of Chittister from employment.
