This action was instituted in the district court of Logan county by C. G-. Hornor against Jessie A. Hornor for divorce. A judgment was rendered granting a divorce to plaintiff and fixing the amount to be received by defendant as maintenance pending the action and denying recovery for suit money and attorney’s fees, from which judgment and decree defendant has appealed. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court.
