I concur with that portion of the majority’s opinion to affirm the trial court’s award of double damages to Tamitha Shepard, Beatrice Perry, William GMoser, and Debra Rosseter (collectively, “plaintiffs”) for willful violations of the Public Utilities Act by Bonita Vista Properties, L.P. and Vickie Safely-Smith, as General Partner of Bonita Vista Properties, L.P., Trustee of FVS Trust, and individually, (collectively, “defendants”).
