This action was brought by the plaintiff, John Barango, to recover damages for injuries sustained by him allegedly resulting from the joint and several negligence of E. L. Hedstrom Coal Co. (hereafter referred to as “Hedstrom”) and Elizabeth L. Fitch, administrator of the estate of Yernon A. Fitch, deceased, d/b/a Y. A. Fitch Motor Service (hereafter referred to as “Fitch”).
