Plaintiff brings this action seeking an injunction against the Liquor Control Commissioner for the State of Minnesota and Rose Lang, owner of the Tower Liquor Store, a retail liquor establishment in Minneapolis, to enjoin violations of Office of Price Stabilization regulations issued pursuant to the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix, § 2061 et seq.
