Owens v. Buccheri

The defendants appeal from a "Judgment After Rescript" issued by a judge of the Land Court ordering Spirit Realty Trust (Spirit), and Richard Buccheri, Sr. (Richard) personally, to pay damages for trespass and trespass to trees based on damage to the plaintiffs' property located at 1250 Bedford Street in Abington. This is the second time this case has been before us.
