Elkins v. Millard County Drainage Dist. No. 3

This is an original proceeding in this court whereby the plaintiffs, who are landowners within the defendant drainage district, seek a writ of prohibition to prohibit the officers of the drainage district and the county Assessor of Millard county, Utah, from further proceeding in the levy and collection of taxes for drainage purposes upon the lands within the drainage district.
