MEMORANDUM

BARTLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Anthony Brodo (“Brodo”), instituted this action against Bankers Trust Co. (“Bankers”) pursuant to the Truth-In-Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. Plaintiff has also alleged violations of the Pennsylvania Loan Interest and Protection Law, 41 Pa.Stat.Ann. § 101 et seq., and the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 Pa.Stat.Ann. § 201-1 et seq.
