OPINION OF THE COURT
SEITZ, Circuit Judge.
Fidelity Consumer Discount Corporation (“Fidelity”) appeals from the final judgment of the district court, specifically the order of the district court granting the motion of Annabelle Smith, Charles Coplin, and Margaret Coplin,1 (herein denominated “plaintiffs” unless otherwise indicated) for summary judgment on their claims under the Truth-in-Lending Act (“TILA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. 686 F.Supp. 504. The district court had jurisdiction pursuant *898to 28 U.S.C. § 1331. We have jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
