¶1 Appellant Jo Ann Mouat (Mouat) appeals from the order of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, affirming the Billings Municipal Court’s denial of her motion to dismiss. We affirm.
¶2 We consider the following issue on appeal:
