This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Laramie County obtained by the respondent Neis Christensen, hereinafter mentioned as the “plaintiff,” against the appellants Bernard P. McCann and Mrs. Bernard P. McCann, subsequently generally referred to as the “defendants” or by their respective names.
