Riner, Justice.

One Robert M. Gray was killed in an automobile collision on the Yellowstone Highway September 21, 1928, and an action was instituted in the District Court of Natrona County by his mother, as administratrix of his estate, to recover damages on account of his death under Section 5561, Compiled Statutes of Wyoming 1920. The Coliseum Motor Company, a corporation, was made defendant in the action.
