In Re Bass v. Smith

On November 7, 1946, Dennis Sidney Bass filed in this court his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner has attached to and by reference made a part of his application the amended information, the minutes of the court calendar of January 13, 1944, and the judgment and sentence.
