SOPER, Circuit Judge.
This suit for declaratory judgment was brought by O’Boyle Tank Lines, Incorporated, a Virginia corporation, and by Carriers Insurance Exchange, O’Boyle’s insurance carrier, against May-belle Transport Company, a North Carolina corporation, and Truck Insurance Exchange, Maybelle’s insurance carrier, to obtain a determination as to the rights and liabilities of the parties with respect to the damages caused by a gasoline explosion which destroyed certain property in Virginia.
