PARKER, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal in three actions for damages tried in the court below by the judge without a' jury. The defendant, War Emergency Cooperative Association, is a motor carrier licensed by the Interstate Commerce Commission to transport gasoline in interstate commerce. Plaintiffs are persons whose property was damaged when one of the trucks operated under defendant’s license exploded as a result of the negligence of the driver while operating it.
