If the statute in question is unconstitutional, the plaintiffs are entitled to'the relief they seek. In Olson v. State Conservation Comm. 235 Wis. 473, 478, 293 N. W. 262, this court said: “Courts unquestionably have the power to enjoin state officials from enforcing statutes which contravene the constitution. John F. Jelke Co. v.
