The plaintiff is engaged in the business of buying and selling grain. The defendant, whose business is that of hatching chicks, orally ordered three cars of white oats from the plaintiff who mailed a written confirmation of the order to the defendant. Various purchases of other items were made by the defendant, some of which the plaintiff was forced to cancel because of the com dition of the market.
