— In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Miller, J.), dated August 9, 1982, as awarded plaintiff the principal sum of $106,898, as liquidated damages on its first cause of action. Judgment reversed, insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Rockland County, for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
