This matter is before the Court on Magistrate Judge Linda T. Walker’s Non-Final Report and Recommendation (“R & R”) [38] 1 on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, Alternatively, for Summary Judgment [24] and on Plaintiff Ronnie L. Can ty’s (“Plaintiff’) Objections to the R & R [48].
