TAYLOR, District Judge:
This is a proceeding to review Orders of the Federal Power Commission (Commission) issued November 30, 1967 and January 29, 1968. The November 30, 1967 Order directed Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (TGP), an interstate natural gas pipeline company, to interconnect its facilities with the facilities of City of Corinth, Mississippi, (Corinth), and beginning February. 1, 1970 sell natural gas to Corinth for distribution to its customers.
