This trademark infringement action has been brought by The Comic Strip, Inc., a New York corporation, and The Comic Strip, Inc., a Florida corporation (collectively referred to as “plaintiffs” or “The Comic Strip”), against the Fox Television Stations, Inc. (“Fox”), a California corporation, under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and New York statutory 1 and common law.
