Following a bench trial defendant, Frank A. Manna, was convicted of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 56/2, pars. 1401(a) and 1401(b)) and sentenced to a term of 18 years imprisonment.
