The plaintiff, Larry McElroy, brought an action against the defendant, Dovie Force, administratrix of Harold Robison, deceased, in the circuit court of Madison County to recover damages for injuries he sustained when the automobile in which he and the defendant’s intestate were riding left the highway and collided with a concrete abutment. - The jury returned a verdict against the defendant for $21,000 and judgment was entered on the verdict.
