These were two actions to set aside mineral deeds on the ground their execution was induced by fraudulent representations. Defendants denied the alleged fraud and pleaded the statute of limitations, estoppel and laches. The pleadings in the two cases are alike except the name of plaintiff and the description of property conveyed. The issues are the same in both cases; they were consolidated for trial, and are presented together here. A trial by the *460court resulted in judgment for plaintiffs.
