This matter is before the court on its order of September 28, 2001, holding intervening respondent, Robert D. Clapp of Cincinnati, Ohio, in contempt of court and requiring that he appear before this court on October 31, 2001. Cincinnati Bar Assn. v. Clapp & Affiliates Fin. Serv., Inc. (2001), 93 Ohio St.3d 1437, 755 N.E.2d 900.
