OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant the State of Ohio appeals the December 6, 2007 Judgment Entry of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas granting defendant-appellee Ronnie Alan Olmstead eight months jail time credit.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND THE CASE

{¶ 2} On November 9, 2006, appellee was indicted on one count of illegal processing drug documents, a felony of the fourth degree. On April 26, 2007, he pled guilty as charged.
