Nancy Sabot appeals from an order 1 entered by the District Court for Cass County denying her motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or, in the alternative, a motion for a new trial. We affirm.

Sabot brought a medical malpractice action against Fargo Women’s Health Organization (FWHO) and Dr. George Miks, alleging that Dr. Miks negligently and incompletely performed an abortion procedure on Sabot at FWHO’s clinic.
