MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

GLASSER, District Judge:

This is a pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S. C. § 2254. For the reasons stated below, the court denies the petition in its entirety.

On February 4, 1983, a jury in the New York Supreme Court, Nassau County, convicted petitioner of burglary in the first degree and burglary in the second degree. He was sentenced as a second violent felony offender to consecutive prison terms of 10 to 20 years and 5 to 10 years, respectively.
