Plaintiffs, Nancy Gittleman and Debra Hanch, appeal from the order of the circuit court of Cook County finding that they were not entitled to the full statutory penalty of an amount equal to their security deposits, costs, and reasonable attorney fees, pursuant to section 2 of the security deposits on residential leases act (Ill.
