COX, Judge:

Appellant, a male First Class Petty Officer, United States Navy, has been convicted of violating Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was acquitted of one specification of soliciting a homosexual act from another sailor, Fireman Recruit Beatty. He was convicted of two specifications alleging that he dressed as a woman under such circumstances as were prejudicial to good order and discipline in the Navy and of a nature to bring discredit upon the Navy.
