Defendant, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) preliminarily objects to the Second Amended Complaint filed by Plaintiffs, Senator Jake Corman (Senator Corman) and Treasurer Robert McCord (Treasurer McCord) (collectively, Plaintiffs), in this Court’s original jurisdiction seeking injunctive and declaratory relief against the NCAA.
