This is an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of the appellees/plaintiffs. Plaintiffs sued appellant/defendant, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (“Goodyear”), asserting that a tire manufactured by Goodyear in 1991 contained both a manufacturing defect and a marketing defect. On appeal, Goodyear raises numerous issues, including the sufficiency of the evidence in support of the jury’s affirmative finding on plaintiffs’ manufacturing and marketing defect claims.
