Plaintiffs brought this action to recover the sum of $700 as commission on the sale of personal property. The complaint alleges the plaintiffs were- copartners in the brokerage business in Seattle and that the defendants were copartners and, *58as such, proprietors of the Central Hotel in the city of Seattle. That defendants employed plaintiffs to procure a purchaser for their interest, right, and title in and to the furniture, fixtures, household goods, furnishings, etc., of the hotel, for the sum of $18,000, subject to a mortgage of $3,000, $10,000 of which was to be paid in cash.
