In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing board of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee found that the respondent, Myles Joseph Dolan, engaged in professional misconduct. Specifically, the hearing board found that the respondent neglected a matter entrusted to him, intentionally prejudiced or damaged his client, and engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
