VOLLACK, Justice.

In this disciplinary proceeding, a hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee (panel) has recommended that the respondent-attorney, Myles J. Dolan, be suspended from the practice of law for one year and one day. The panel recommended that the respondent be ordered to refund the attorney fees paid to him plus statutory interest. The panel also recommended that the costs of these proceedings be assessed against the respondent. We accept the latter parts of this recommendation, but order that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for a period of six…
