HOLOHAN, Vice Chief Justice.
Appellants Cristine Fridena, Administra-trix for the Estate of Dr. Daniel Fridena, Jr., and Physicians & Surgeons Hospital, Inc., appeal from a judgment entered against them in a medical malpractice action. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 19(e), Arizona Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure, 17A A.R.S.
