Plaintiff Katrina Dyke brings the instant action against Defendant Greg McCleave d/b/a Guaranteed Integrity, alleging sexual harassment in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq .. Plaintiff also asserts pendent state law claims under N.Y.Exeo. Law § 290 et seq. and for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
