Chamberlain v. James

This is a suit brought by the members of a committee acting as agents of the holders of certain mortgage bonds of the defendant Park Square Corporation against that corporation and certain individuals and corporations to compel an accounting between the defendants, other than the Park Square Corporation, and the defendant Park Square Corporation and for the recovery of damages and general relief.
